Welcome to Rumson Fair Haven Home, the best place in New Jersey. We’re two small towns located in Monmouth County, on a piece of land that we like to call “the peninsula”. We know there are lots of peninsulas (in fact, New Jersey itself is a peninsula), but this one is very, very special. Also on the peninsula are Little Silver and Shrewsbury, plus the hippest place on the north Jersey coast, Red Bank. This is a great place to live, to raise a family, and to be within an easy commute to where your work.
We’re very fortunate to have great schools, nearby beaches, colleges, entertainment, great restaurants, history, ethnic food- you name it, and it’s either right here or close by. If you’re thinking of moving to New Jersey, it’s one of the first places you should consider. If you’re thinking of relocating from northern New Jersey, this is where you want to be.
On this site, the word “Home” means many things. I moved here in 1975, so this is where I live. My wife and I have raised our children here, seen them go through the local school systems (both public and private), and enjoyed the benefits of living in friendly small towns. After serving many years as a hospital administrator, I’m now a real estate agent, so I’d be glad to help you buy or sell a home in our area, or just talk to you about real estate in general. Click on the Real Estate tab for more information, or to find out why the skills you use as a hospital administrator make you be a good real estate agent.
This is not going to be primarily a real estate site; you can go to dianeturtonto http://www.dianeturton.com/offices.php?oid=10 or Realtor.com or many other sites if you just want to see what homes are on the market. Our posts are going to cover just about any topic that people in Rumson and Fair Haven are interested in. Join us as often as you can- we’ll try to inform and entertain you.
