Jobs, Hope and Cash

I love reading Peggy Noonan’s articles on the Opinion page of the weekend Wall Street Journal. She has a special way with words that makes you enjoy the piece whether you agree with it or not. Her articles are also quite balanced and fair (far more so than others who write about politics). In last weekend’s newspaper she shared a conversation that she had at the airport with a TSA agent, and it was so good that I want to pass it along to you:

“Ten years ago, Steve Jobs was alive, Bob Hope was alive and Johnny Cash was alive. Now we’re outta jobs, outta hope and outta cash”.
