I’ve been getting more feedback from readers that you’d like me to provide as much information as possible when I list the home sales for our area. While I understand the reason for such requests, it’s hard to put a lot of information into a concise area without making some readers bleary eyed. In addition, different people are looking for different kinds of information.

I provide my clients with a lot more information than I publish in this blog, so if you’re ready to buy or sell a home just give me a call. Some clients ask for information such as comparable sales, or average selling prices as a percentage of listing prices, selling prices compared to assessed value, etc. I collect information from many sources and enter it manually into detailed data bases. That way, when a client asks for comparable sales I can show the details and explain how I (rather than a computer) selected the “comps”.
